Help Sanatana Goswami Prabhu’s Family with Flood Aftermath
Dear Vaishnavas!
A devotee family has suffered because of the blowing up of the Kakhovka hydropower plant and flood in the Kherson region.
The family is Sanatana Goswami Prabhu and Mataji Kalavati and their cow Ramana. They lived in the village of Nechaieve. They were forced to flee their house and are now living 15km away from their home in a small house that belongs to the devotees but has not been used or maintained for a long time. In short, their living conditions now require basic necessities of life. The money raised will also be used to repair the devotees’ house after the water is gone and maintain the cow.
Zhenia Liashenko Prabhu:
“Sanatana Goswami Prabhu and Mataji Kalavati are true counsellors and an example of what it means to live in Krishna Consciousness, an example of strong intelligence and a sincerely loving heart in Srila Prabhupada and Lord Chaitanya’s mission!”
Anadi Prabhu says:
“Sanatana Goswami Prabhu and Mataji Kalavati moved from Kherson to Nechaieve, near Oleshki, more than 10 years ago. They fulfilled Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s prediction that Krishna’s holy names would be chanted in every town and every village.
They have been preaching constantly, conducting harinamas and public programmes and they have established one more yatra – the Oleshky Yatra and nurtured very serious and responsible devotees who are now actively preaching and engaged in various kinds of service in many countries all over the world.
This married couple is known for their hospitality, kindness, consideration, personal attitude towards everyone and their commitment to devoting all their efforts in serving Krishna.
The atmosphere in their house was always so warm that some devotees from Kherson preferred to travel several tens of kilometres to attend their Sunday programmes.
Let’s help Sanatana Goswami Prabhu go through these difficulties.
