Urgent evacuation of Goloka-nandini mataji from Nova Kakhovka
A small town in the south of Ukraine, the occupied part of the country, is becoming one of the flashpoints at the front. Two days ago, a huge ammunition warehouse was blown up here. It will only get more intense there as Ukrainian troops are getting ready to retake these territories.
Mataji asks to evacuate her so that she can be with her children. Two months ago, they managed to flee from the occupied territories, crossing the front line in a car at their own peril and risk. Now, crossing the front line could cost her her life because the hostilities do not cease there for a minute. It is safer to travel through third countries. Mataji will have to go to Georgia, then to Poland, and only then will she be able to reunite with her children in the Western Ukraine. Throughout all 4 months of the ongoing war, she was informing our Fund all the Vaisnavas in need from her area. She called the devotees, gathering information about their needs. Now we want to help her. It will take USD 800 for her to be evacuated.
